Our last meeting WAS held at the Fisher Center. Those attending caught up on some project reports; Charles Kuhlman showed a video about an A-10 Warthog badly damaged during combat and still able to make it back to base. And Don Lute's shared his experience of getting a checkride in a Mustang.

Dave McCurry has invited us to his shop and will show how his prop duplicator works, as well as his progress on the N3 Pup. Dave will also have the 1/2 VW on display. We should have lots to talk about. We will be meeting again on THURSDAY evening the 10th. Hope to see you there!

Iowa Falls Still Holding Monthly Breakfast
Visit the airport breakfast on the second Saturday of every month. Fly-in or drive-in for laid back hangar flying.

Don Lute's Gets Mustang Checkride
Don had the thrill of a lifetime when he was given the gift of an hour+ flight in a Stallion 51 TF-51 Mustang! His flight included some mild aerobatics and he was given the controls for awhile. He says it was a lot easier to handle than he imagined. After the flight, he was given a video and certificate of achievement. Very exciting! Just ask him!
